About the programme

Individual Industry Placements

In-person Individual Industry Placements provide you with the opportunity to upskill by undertaking a range of activities within industry with a placement employer that you have identified. This could include observing or engaging in the day-to-day activities of that workplace, contributing to tasks or projects, or learning more about a specific aspect of the industry.

T Level providers can claim £200 for each half day placement (3+ hours) or £400 for each full day placement (6+ hours) to support your attendance.

Group Industry Placements

Group Industry Placements are organised by the ETF and will provide you with the opportunity to meet with and hear from industry professionals. Joining further education (FE) and skills colleagues across the country, these virtual or in-person events are designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of T Level subjects and how they are applied in industry by working professionals.

T Level providers can claim £200 for each half day placement (3+ hours) or £400 for each full day placement (6+ hours) to support your attendance.

Industry Workshops

Industry Workshops are T Level route-specific online events. These 60 to 90 minute workshops are designed to build your industry knowledge and support your T Level delivery. You will hear sector specific updates and learn more about current and emerging technologies and existing industry practice.

If you were unable to attend a live workshop, you can access our catalogue of Industry Workshop Recordings here.
