Spotlight on Leading in FE: developing your students and yourself

Natspec is the membership body for specialist FE Colleges. It is also one of four national Centres for Excellence in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (CfESEND) with a primary aim to share expertise from within the specialist FE sector with staff who work with young people with complex needs across the FE and skills sector. This recorded webinar explores what ‘inclusion’ means in the FE sector and what steps need to be taken to achieve it. It considers how closer collaboration between mainstream and specialist settings may benefit learners as well as sharing information about ways in which Natspec’s Centre for Excellence in SEND, Transform CPD Service and Techability may be able to support providers to be more inclusive of learners with SEND.
