Developed by the Education Training Foundation (ETF), the ETF Transition to Senior Leadership programme empowers experienced middle leaders to make a successful, impactful move into strategic roles within the FE and skills sector.
Key Programme dates
Four-month blended development journey including:
- 08 December 1-2.30pm - 1st online module
- 14 January 09.30am - 12.30pm - 2nd online module
- 26-28th January - immersive two-night fully inclusive residential
- 09 February 09.30am - 12.30pm - 3rd online module
- Two one-to-one coaching sessions post-residential
