Developed by the Education Training Foundation (ETF), the ETF Dynamic Senior Leadership programme is an immersive, high-impact development programme that strengthens strategic leadership capability across the FE and skills sector.

Programme aim

This programme aims to support senior leaders to grow as individuals while gaining insight, confidence and practical tools needed to lead lasting change within their organisations.

Leaders will gain the skills needed to think more systemically, deepen self-awareness and lead complex organisational change with greater confidence and clarity and build a powerful peer network.

Who is this for?

This programme is designed for senior leaders in the FE and skills sector. It is particularly relevant for those in strategic leadership roles, including:

  • Directors
  • Executive Directors
  • Assistant Principals
  • Deputy/ Vice Principals
  • others with significant cross-organisational responsibility and influence.

Programme structure

This programme is a six-month blended development journey including:

  • a pre-engagement activity
  • two live online sessions
  • project based learning
  • two in-person immersive residentials
  • two one-to-one coaching sessions.
