CORE LEARNINGS
Strengthen capability to lead and sustain transformation, using structured change approaches that build momentum, reduce risk and deliver measurable improvement across the organisation.
Develop the confidence and judgement to act as a strategic partner, providing direction, commercial insight and balanced challenge to CEOs, executives and senior stakeholders.
Build a commercial outlook grounded in the FE business and college context, enabling CFOs to support profitable growth and make informed, forward‑looking financial decisions.
Create a finance function that is sustainable, future‑focused and able to support organisational priorities, manage risk effectively and contribute to long‑term institutional resilience.
Enhance influencing skills and relationship‑building capability to support balanced, productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in demanding and fast‑moving environments.
Develop the ability to challenge and influence CEOs and senior stakeholders, verbally and non‑verbally, ensuring decisions are commercially grounded, strategically aligned and well‑balanced.
For Department for Education (DfE)-funded courses, a limited number of fully funded places are available to participants.
These places are offered to support greater diversity in access to high-quality CPD. To qualify, participants must either:
• consider themselves to have a disability; or
• come from a Black or minority ethnic community.

If you do not qualify for a fully funded place, full course fee per participant is £570.
