The course explores how to make the best use of resources, including gathering data and generating reports to inform decisions.
It also considers how to prepare for audit and covers some common compliance issues.

This programme is designed for leaders, managers and support staff.
Programme structure
This is an eLearning course which takes on average six to eight hours to complete.
