This course explores how leaders can develop teams for apprenticeships.
Programme aim
‘Developing Your Team’ is one of two courses designed to support apprenticeship leadership.
The course explores how leaders can support inclusive, diverse and successful apprentice and employer journeys while collaborating with key stakeholders, setting clear expectations and managing their team’s performance.
It also covers their role in the quality assurance of apprenticeships.
Who is this for?
This programme is designed for leaders, managers and support staff in apprenticeship providers.
Programme structure
This is an eLearning course that takes on average six to eight hours to complete.
