This webinar examines the role of collaboration in driving the success and sustainability of Unseen Observation. Bringing together perspectives from across the sector, the session will showcase shared learning, partnership working, and examples of collaborative problem-solving. Participants will explore how collective action can strengthen practice, increase consistency, and create opportunities for wider adoption and continuous improvement across the sector.
Aim of event
During the webinar, we will:
- Understand the principles and purposes of Unseen Observation as a model of dialogic professional learning
- Explore the impact of a model of dialogic professional learning on practitioners' professional practice and development
- Identify opportunities to embed and expand the approach within their own organisations
- Gain insight into the value of sector-wide collaboration in driving innovation and improvement
